Japanese Particle

Japanese particles are grammatical 'elements' that don't convey any meaning in themselves, but joint sentence parts together to provide a meaning. In a certain extent, they can be compared to English prepositions (and, or, then, etc.)

Japanese particles are more subtle and complex, because a particle can have different functions depending on the context

Particles are always invariables and are placed right after the words they refer to.
