A place to point out typos in the lessons.

I figured it would be better to just make a thread for it instead of making a post in each individual lesson (I'm not sure if you guys are notified about posts there).

Should be "an authoritative"

Haha, figures spell check would tell me its "authoritative" and not "authorative"...the ladder totally seemed like a legit word.

Good idea Martyr to have typos posted in one spot.

Corrected. It was actually 152,546 that should have been 152,456 to be coherent with the French version

Yellow Belt 3rd Kyu - How is the Weather?
Test question

Quote:
aMong the adjective hot (暑い-ATSUI) and cold (寒い-SAMUI), which of them can be used only for the weather?

Should be: Among the adjectives

Actually, "among" in this case sounds a little awkward. Perhaps the sentence should start:

"Regarding the adjectives hot and cold . . ."
or
"As regards the adjectives . . ."
or even
"Between the adjectives . . ."

Orange Belt 1st Kyu - Japanese verbs - part 2
Exercises 3 & 4

I'm not sure if this is a typo or not, but it seems that Exercises 3 & 4 deal strictly with -RU verbs. Yet, when conjugated to -TE or past neutral (-TA), the forms used are -TE and -TA, not -TTE and -TTA as was taught in the Grammar section for -RU verbs.

Corrected.

Yes you are right, the exercises you pointed out should belong to the next lesson. I moved them.

Thought I did this last night, but whatever. I just noticed Lotze15's comment in the lesson too, and they pointed out that it should probably read pineapple. I automatically though bananas without even reading the romaji/kana.

Oh? Google translate told me "ananas" was German for pineapple, weird how close it is to bananas.
