Sometimes, there are times where almost two of the possible answers are... the same

Even if there are only two options, sometimes the options are.. the same

PD. Are the last line correct?

Yes because ZU can be written づ or ず depending on the word. I think the application can consider it correct whether you select one ZU or the other.
