In the lesson, a -KU verb has a -ITARA form, therefore iku would become iitara.
On the contrary, a -RU verb has a -TTARA form, so I though ittara could only be the "iru" form.

Am I wrong ?

Kaku "to write " => kaita
but iku "to go" => itta
iku is a semi-regular verb
