I've integrated the new Kanji Extractor tool that will let you copy and paste a Japanese text and get a list of all Kanji instantly. This is a great time-saver when you are studying a text or when you want to learn useful Kanji found in every day life texts.

Get the best of the Kanji Dictionary

My wife has been working on the Kanji data to optimize your learning time. Sometimes there were many On and Kun readings provided for Kanji. The problem was that some of them were not used much, and you might have wasted your time trying to learn them. So we decided to remove them so that you only learn useful information. Later I'll add an option let the users choose whether they want to  display simple or advanced readings.

Aside from that, some readings were incomplete, especially for Kanji used in verbs. My wife corrected that, too. It took much time, and only the Jouyou Kanji are concerned. But we'll for sure work on the other 4000 Kanji to improve the general quality of the material you use to learn Japanese.

Pharoh Is Kanji extractor only available on the app and not the website? I can access it on my app on my tablet and phone, but not here on chrome. Wassup wit dat?

Neroxyr Thanks, just went here to find the kanjis for this 夏目友人帳 but then I found this excellent tool, as you say: it's a time-saver. Thanks again and keep up this excellent work of yours.
